Senior Stylist Wanted – Part/Full Time

I’m heading on maternity leave at the beginning of June and am looking for a talented Senior Stylist to join my boutique salon, Emma Frances Hair, in Ponsonby.

Ideally, I’d love someone to start before I go on leave so we can work together for a period of time. This will allow for a smooth transition for the salon while I step back, and ensure our clients continue to receive the same high standard of service.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility around days, with strong potential for long-term growth. I won’t be returning full-time immediately, so this is a genuine opportunity to build something ongoing within an established and busy salon environment.

Emma Frances is a modern, established salon with a loyal and growing clientele, and a strong reputation for beautiful colour work and seamless blondes/brunettes. With continued client demand and my reduced hours ahead, there is excellent opportunity to grow your column and build consistent income. We use O&M colour and focus on delivering a premium but welcoming experience for our clients.

What I’m looking for:

– Experienced senior stylist (strong in colour + cutting)

– Confident managing your own column

– Reliable, professional and self-motivated

– Positive energy and team-focused

Structure can be:

– Commission-based

– Rent-a-chair
